this is my second tablet practice so i know some areas are still a bit rough but overall i don't think it was a bad attempt but still constructive comments would be nice though.

The skyscraper on the left looks really good. I wouldn't know how to improve the rest, though, besides referencing.

I like the moon itself, but perhaps you could make the aura around it with round strokes that follow the shape rather than strokes that go outward, you know what I mean?

Mewtwo is good. But he is all the same value. If the moon is behind him, make his outer edges lighter and shade the middle- you could make his eyes glow against his shadowed body. You could have *some* light come up from the city below, too. Play with the light! :D
